Customer Success Manager
Education & Background:
I started a web design business at the age of eighteen during the Wild West days of the Web and spent the next fifteen years working with clients across the visual media spectrum, from illustration to user interfaces and everything in-between. I'm able to draw from my diverse background during every aspect of production, from design to development, and my experience in freelance provides me with a keen interest in understanding and communicating the needs of our clients.
What is your role at Shero?
As a customer success manager, my job is to act as a bridge between Shero's production team and the client, to facilitate a clear understanding of each client's goal and to help coordinate a project with extraordinary results.
What do you most enjoy doing at Shero?
My favorite type of work involves taking complicated things and making them simple.
What do you do when you're not working?
I like to spend time with my wife and kids, and appreciate occasional opportunities to read, write, and pursue creative projects.
Our household includes Shadow the dog, Napoleon and Munster (rats), Lightning and Blizzard (gerbils) cats Enki, Artemis, Kali and Mephistopheles and six chickens interchangeably named Bugsy, Scarface, Lefty, Babyface, Lips and Houdini.
What are you reading, watching or listening to right now?
The musical genres that are currently interesting to me include Witch House and Vaporwave.
